A tracking number is provided via email once the order is dispatched. Chi Yuen Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier service disruptions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must pay a second shipping fee for re-delivery.
Returns Policy
Chi Yuen Limited offers a 14‑day no‑reason return policy. This period begins on the day the customer receives the product. Returns are accepted only for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged socks with all original tags and packaging intact. Footwear accessories such as anti‑slip stickers or hygiene liners, if originally sealed, must remain unopened. Any product that shows signs of wear, odor, stains, or alteration is not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must follow these steps:

Chi Yuen Limited will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization confirmation. No return will be accepted without prior email confirmation.
Pack the product securely in the original packaging or a similar rigid envelope. Include a printed copy of the return authorization email inside the package.

Refund Timeline and Method

If the product meets the return conditions, a refund is processed. The refund amount equals the original purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are not refundable.
The refund completion timeline is as follows:
For credit card payments and all payment methods other than PayPal: The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date Chi Yuen Limited processes the refund. The customer’s bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the credit.
For PayPal payments: The refund is issued to the customer’s PayPal account within 14 business days from the refund processing date. However, for customers residing in jurisdictions where local laws require a 30‑day refund period for PayPal transactions, the refund is completed within 30 calendar days from the refund processing date. Chi Yuen Limited applies the longer period strictly in accordance with those legal requirements.
The 14‑day refund timeline for non‑PayPal payments and the 14‑day or 30‑day timeline for PayPal payments begin only after Chi Yuen Limited has received and inspected the returned product. No refund is issued before the product arrives at Room 10, 22/F, King's 88, 377 King's Road, North Point.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Socks that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance events.
Gift cards.
Free promotional items.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
